{In The Mood For Burpees?}

Thinking about trying the new workout a fellow blogger posted. I may add another mile of running.

Muddy Mommy

I’m in the mood for some burpees!

Has anyone in the world EVER said that? Well, I think tomorrow is a great day to tackle some. Here’s a little WOD I threw together for the morning. Lets try it on for size:

20 burpees
20 squats
Run 1 mile
20 burpees
20 lunges
Run 1 mile
20 burpees
50 crunches
2:30 plank
Stretch

Night all! Gotta rest up for those lovely burpees! 🙂

CrossFit – Beginners

Busy week with a lot of work for my classes, still managed to keep up with my workouts, but not so much with the blogging. As promised, I did try a new workout. I liked it in the sense that it made running three miles feel like nothing, but I don’t always like breaking up or stopping during the running portion of my workouts. Like most of my workouts I got this one off of pinterest.com. If you’re ever looking for something new to try or just the motivation to get off your butt, I highly recommend pinterest.com.

Who doesn’t like nice arms?

Again, this post is more for women, unless guys are into using body weight instead of actual weights. This arm work out is great because it truly does tone your arms. I recommend this for anyone who wants to tone their arms, but does not want build a lot muscle.

FYI: I will be trying new workouts out this weekend to stay tuned!
